Rendition: The kidnapping, Transport, And Illegal Imprisonment Of People For The Purpose Of Outsourcing Of Torture To Other Countries In Order To attempt to Avoid Legal Responsability And Human Rights Laws.

 

The ACLU filed a federal lawsuit against Jeppesen Dataplan, Inc., a subsidiary of Boeing Company, on behalf of five victims of the U.S. government's unlawful "extraordinary rendition" program.

The lawsuit charges that Jeppesen knowingly provided direct flight services to the CIA that enabled the clandestine transportation of Binyam Mohamed, Abou Elkassim Britel, Ahmed Agiza, Bisher al-Rawi and Mohamed Farag Ahmad Bashmilah to secret overseas locations where they were subjected to brutal torture and various forms of cruel, inhuman and degrading treatment.
